Della Mae Bilbrough, died Saturday, Sept. 5, 2009 at Caroline Nursing Home in Denton, MD. She was 84.
She was born Oct. 20, 1924 in Sudlersville, MD, to the late Nathaniel B. and Bessie I. Frazier Wooleyhand.
Mrs. Bilbrough was a graudate of Sudlersville High School. She began her working career as an owner and operator of beauty shops in Templeville and Marydel areas. She went on to work as a supervisor at Leeds Manufacturing in Clayton, DE, retiring after 20 years of services. She enjoyed doing crafts around her home.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Davis Bilbrough in 1999.
She is survived by her sister, Norma Clothier of Dover, DE, 2 nieces, Rhonda Connors of Camden, DE and Linda Lofland of Henderson, 1 nephew, Bruce Clothier of Sebastian, FL, and sister-in-law, Madeline Wooleyhand of Templeville.
Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Services will be 3 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2009 at Fleegle and Helfenbein Funeral Home, 106 W. Sunset Ave., Greensboro, MD 21639. Burial will be in Greensboro Cemetery, Greensboro, MD.

Obituary: Ralph Goldborough Bilbrough
Ralph Goldsborough Bilbrough, aged 17, died about 3 o'clock Monday morning at his home near town, from septic meningitis, following injuries he suffered in a fall from a tree about two weeks ago. His leg, following the fall, became painful and he was taken to the Emergency Hospital, Easton, for an xray. On Tuesday of last week he was returned home from the hospital and septic meningitis developed. He was a member of the Baptist Sunday School here and was popular among the younger set. He was the youngest son of the late Alfred B. Bilbrough and Mrs. Michael Picollo, and besides his mother, is survived by one brother, Alfred B. of Felton, Del., and one sister, Mrs. Harry Godfrey, of Wilmington, Del. Funeral services were held at his late home Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. Mary P. Garrett, pastor of the Bethel Holiness Church, Goldsboro, officiating, and being assisted by Rev. J.C. Ledbetter and Rev. George Renegar. Interment was made in Greensboro Cemetery. The young people's choir of the Baptist Church sang at the funeral and the pall-bearers were his Sunday School chums-Horace Howard, Horace Edwards, Richard Ledbetter, Alan Dragoo, Benjamin Beckham, Albert Shields.
